Are you looking to use your work place benefits, insurance plan, or hsa/fsa? We can help you! We accept HSA and FSA payments, are in network with Louisisana Blue Cross Blue Shield, and hope to include more programs soon. Some people have an employee benefit that covers many fertility and reproductive benefits, including birth and postpartum doulas. How awesome that you have this wonderful benefit!

We also offer insurance coverage for in-home breastfeeding and feeding support as well as flexible payment plans.

First off, congratulations! Secondly, don’t be overwhelmed - we’ve totally got this! We have experience with these programs and can help make this process easy for you. After you confirm your workplace or insurance benefits, follow the steps below!

Step One - Let’s get you a doula!

Contact us and let us know that you would like to use your work place benefits, insurance or FSA/HSA for a birth and/or postpartum doula. We will connect you with approved doulas who are available for your little one’s due date. You can interview the doulas. If you’re unsure of how you would like to use your benefits to best fit your family’s needs, we can help you with that.

step two- Make it official

When you have chosen your doula, sign the contract and you will receive an invoice from Nola Nesting. This step will vary a little depending on your payment method. For employee benefits, you typically pay up front and we will provide you documentation for reimbursement. For private insurance, you will pay any necessary fees, deductables, or co-pays and your insurance will be billed directly if we are in network. If we are not in network with your insurance we will provide you with documentation. If you are using an HSA/FSA you just let us know and we will update your invoice for that payment and you’re ready to roll! Your doula is ready to go once your contract is signed and paid.

Step three - let’s get your appointments scheduled!

Your doula will reach out to you to schedule your prenatal appointments and you’re on your way to having a great birth and/or happy postpartum!

STep four - have a great birth and a happy postpartum!

Your doula(s) are ready to support you and we want you to have a wonderful experience!

let's get started!
